Simple Text to Speech is a Chrome extension that allows you to select text and have it spoken aloud using a wicked female voice. It is simple to use - just right click on the selected text and click 'Speak selection'. The speech will continue even if you close the tab. If you find this extension useful, rate and share it. Use the right click menu to stop and start the speech. Please note that large text selection may take a few seconds to load in memory and start the speech. In case of any issues, try stopping and starting the speech again.
