Flat UI Colors Palette Extension

Useful if you want to use the exact palettes that come with the extension, but there's no way to customize them or create your own, which greatly limits the relevant use cases. Additionally, the plugin UI includes several buttons (e.g., pin to top, minimize) that are non-functional--they just bring up a message that the functionality is only available in the web app.
