PaletteAble is a simple Chrome extension that grabs color palettes from active webpages. It generates a pop-up with a pleasing color palette based on the background colors of the webpage. You can hover over the color swatches for the rgba values and download a CSS-esque palette export. New features and improvements will be added to this extension, and it will always be free.

Great tool for those of us who struggle with putting together color palettes for sites. Much better UI than others I've seen.
