It's just a link to www.palette.ninja. Which is a decent tool, if you want a mostly-monotone color palette, but there isn't really any reason to use this extension as opposed to a bookmark.

Ok, so after a random palette generates & besides marking the colors you like, what's next??! No options for anything, no inspiration from any images...nothing. Boring, lame, & just very bad.
