What is Twitter Background Restorer?

'Twitter Background Restorer' is a Chrome extension that re-establishes control over your Twitter environment by allowing you to set a custom background image and colour. Providing a nostalgic throwback, it combats the stark white ocean that is Twitter's current homepage and allows for pleasant user customisation. Once activated, you can upload an image, pick a colour, and decide on the image's arrangement on the page. Note: this feature is local - your chosen background won't be visible to other users.
