This is SUCH a needed tool for twitter, but the execution is a little buggy. There's no save button or indicator that your memo is saved, and I cannot get memos typed directly onto a user's profile to stick. I can, however, get memos entered while "hovering" over a username to stick. It'll do the trick for now. It would be nice to get the styling a little smaller and more elegant looking as well. But thank you for this tool. It is so desperately needed on twitter.

June 21 - Does this actually work? Jan21 Good idea - I use other extensions for labelling but this seemed to slow the browser to a snail's pace :/
