Disastrous support: absolutely to be avoided. They charged me for a license on an inactive site, and I responded immediately upon receiving the invoice. They never agreed to refund this license that was not going to be used despite my numerous requests. Zero listening, zero understanding, zero commercial spirit. I do not recommend it at all. Avoid at all costs.
