• 使用说明登录豆瓣后，打开任一用户在读、想读、读过、在看、想看、看过页面，在顶部标题右侧会出现“导出”按钮。点击即开始导出。导出完毕点击下载保存到本地。进入设置页面可设置请求间隔。默认间隔为0，即所有请求并发。大量频繁请求会被豆瓣封IP，未登录用户也容易被封，所以数据量大请登录并设置间隔为较大值。
