| 2025-01-20 | Great concept and format. However, it is only two stars as you have to complete the workout in the order provided. You cannot swap exercise order as equipment is available (e.g. deadlift before OHP in the Full Body). You also cannot swap order of assistance without going all the way back to settings (e.g. if you have Biceo Curls and Tricep extensions as accessory, you cannot do the tricep extensions first, without reprogramming the whole workout). If this was corrected, I would give it 5 stars. | ||

| 2024-09-18 | Great app when it's working, exactly what you need for progressive overload. However, the app keeps deleting my weights on my accessorys. I've saved them 4 times now, then they'll just randomly disappear after a week or so which is extremely frustrating as it's stopping me progressing. Please fix this issue | ||

| 2024-07-06 | The basic app is good, but I'm not a fan of the pricing model. I would rather pay one fixed fee for all features instead of paying separately for different features. At the very least, the developer should offer a trial of the paid features so we can decide if it's worth it | ||

| 2024-06-23 | Excellent app! Started with Stronglifts and Starting Strength beginners versions, but found doing deadlifts and squats on the same day difficult to recover from when the weight gets heavy. 531 beginner focuses on one primary lift (2 on deadlift day (deadlift + overhead press)) and found myself making faster strength gains, by allowing my body more recovery time while still getting adequate work in. Only difficulty I've found is abiding to the light deload week at the end of a 4 week cycle. | ||

| 2024-06-13 | Great app, easy to use and is full of bloat. straightforward and focused, however I feel it still isn't there in terms of full customisability. For example I would like more days per week than just 3 or 4 days, I would also like the option to be able to group certain exercises together for one day e.g. deadlift and OHP on the same day. | ||

| 2024-04-10 | Solid app for tracking 5/3/1. Free has options for BBB and I've paid for the pack that includes FSL. The timer and associated notification doesn't work if the app isn't open or the screen is unlocked which can be annoying and lead to taking long rests. There is a timer for BBB sets but not any other template which is again annoying as I don't need to rest for 3 minutes for FSL. It's a clean looking app and with a bit of polish it would be 5 stars | ||

| 2024-04-07 | Really liking this app just wish on the simplest strength template there was a way to swap out assistance exercises (for example Pinpress instead of incline bench) I can't seem to find a way to do it. But the app is intuitive and easy to use with a lot of template selection | ||

| 2023-11-12 | Great app! Only bug(?) I've encountered is having the next cycle drop weight if you fail your 5set but complete your 3 and 1 sets. Maybe could be an option to switch on/off? As well, rescheduling workouts and selecting to move all future sets doesn't seem to work right and winds up moving workouts out of selected order, sometimes placing them on the same day. | ||

| 2023-10-21 | I really liked the app, but I seem to have encountered a bug when I switched phones and imported the .json file from the previous phone. Since importing the .json, the app won't let me: save any progress, export a new .json, and it defaults to the startup settings each time I load it up. I've tried reinstalling the app and it didnt help, and I checked to make sure the appropriate permissions were in use. I can still use the app, but it's a bummer to lose my progress. | ||

| 2023-10-11 | By far the slickest looking and most intuitive 5/3/1 app I have tried on the play store. It loses a star for the microtransaction ecosystem. I was happy to pay a "pro fee" to get plate customisation but then I noticed you need to pay again to get accessory customisation (AU$10.21) and again for template customisation(AU$7.29). If they add any more features will they then be another fee ? I would be happy with a flat pro fee (~$15) but paying for each feature feels dirty (and adds up quickly) . | ||
