Powerlifter 531 Weightlifting is the Wendler 5/3/1 powerlifting tracker and calculator for serious lifters. Enter your one-rep max once and let the app generate your complete program with precise weights, so you can focus on lifting heavy rather than math.

Track progress with lift history, PR/AMRAP scoring, and automatic progression. Fully customize the four core lifts (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press) or add your own lifts, set cycle lengths from 3 to 10 weeks (including deload weeks), adjust weight increments and training max percentages, and auto-calculate warmups. Upgrade to access 11+ pre-built assistance programs, a custom program builder, barbell plate calculator, charts, cloud backup, and an ad-free experience. Loyal app user for over 10 years. This thing does exactly what you need it to do as a follower of Wendler's 531 programming. Only recently did I stumble into my first issue with the app, but after reaching out to their support team I had an update pushed within a day or two that fixed the problem and it's been smooth sailing once again. Solid app and great customer service.
