Tinnitus Tracker

The Tinnitus Tracker helps you document your tinnitus perception over time – simply, clearly, and without registration.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT

• Record intensity: Enter up to three times a day how strong you perceive your tinnitus (scale 1–10).

• View progress: A chart shows you the development over 7 days, 30 days, or the entire time.

• Keep a diary: All entries are clearly sorted by date.

• Sound tester: An integrated sound generator helps you approximate your individual tinnitus tone.

• Practice blog: Current articles from the Seedorf Tinnitus Practice on the topic of tinnitus.

WHY TRACK YOURSELF?

Many sufferers experience their tinnitus as fluctuating, sometimes louder, sometimes quieter, depending on stress, sleep, or their general condition. Regular tracking can help you recognize your own patterns and make changes visible over time, providing a basis for discussions with your healthcare provider.

The Tinnitus Tracker does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. It is a tool for monitoring your own progress.

DATA PROTECTION

All entries are stored exclusively locally on your device. There is no server transfer, no tracking, and no user account. You decide whether and what you save.
