Securo Hub

Securo Hub is the mobile app of the Securo business platform – a modular solution that helps companies organize their daily work. Employees have access to schedules, time tracking, tasks, documents, and more, all the time, and stay connected with their team.

Securo Hub is suitable for all industries – from skilled trades and services to retail, manufacturing, and security. Different functions are available depending on the modules your organization has activated.

FUNCTIONS (module-dependent)

• Schedules & Shifts – View assignments, retrieve location and time details, and manage availability.

• Time Tracking – Clock in and out and keep track of your hours.

• Tasks – View, edit, and mark assigned tasks as completed.

• Human Resources – Report absences such as vacation and sick leave, track requests, and manage personal data.

• Documents & Payroll – Access payslips, receipts, and other important documents.

• CRM – Access contacts, customers, and processes on the go.

• Notifications & Messages – Receive important alerts directly on your device. • Field Service & Patrols (optional) – Start patrols and scan NFC checkpoints. During a patrol, your location can be transmitted to headquarters – for the safety of lone workers and as proof of attendance.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Securo Hub is designed for companies and their employees who want to manage shifts, times, tasks, and documents centrally and on mobile devices.

NOTE

A Securo Hub account, provided by your organization, is required for use. Login is not possible without access credentials.

Securo Hub can collect location data – even in the background – to transmit your position to headquarters during an active patrol. This data collection only occurs during a patrol and stops as soon as the patrol is completed. The location tracking feature is optional and only active in appropriately equipped organizations.
