SecOffice

SecOffice brings the key day-to-day work processes together in one employee app. Whether on site or on the move, employees can view their assignments, record working hours and document important events directly on their Android device. All information stays synchronized with SecOffice, so employees and scheduling teams work with the same up-to-date data.

For employees:

• View planned shifts, assignment locations and details
• Clock in and out on site, online or offline
• Keep track of working hours and your hours account
• Carry out planned patrol rounds using QR codes or NFC
• Record watchbook entries and incident reports with photos
• Manage open shifts, replacements and shift swap requests
• Manage absences and training on the go
• Securely upload and access personal documents and certificates
• Add shifts to the Android calendar
• Receive notifications about relevant events
• Use passkeys to sign in and confirm actions

SecOffice is provided by participating companies for their employees and administrators. Employees handle their daily tasks on the go, while administrators set up, schedule and evaluate patrol rounds. An app code and personal login credentials are required to sign in. Public registration is not available.
