SecPlaner

SecPlaner brings together the most important processes of everyday work in one employee app. Whether on-site or on the go, employees can view their assignments, record working hours, and document important events directly on their Android device. All information remains synchronized with SecPlaner, ensuring that employees and scheduling work are always working with the same up-to-date data.

For employees:

• View scheduled shifts, locations, and assignment details
• Clock in and out online or offline at the work location
• Keep track of working hours and time accounts
• Record log entries and occupational health and safety reports with photos
• Manage open shifts, substitutions, and swap requests
• Manage absences and training on the go
• Securely upload and retrieve personal documents and certificates

• Add shifts to the Android calendar
• Receive notifications about relevant events
• Use passkeys for login and verification

The app is exclusively for employees of companies that use SecPlaner. An app code and access provided by the employer are required for login. Public self-registration is not possible.
