Power Failure Warn

Power Failure Warn is an emergency app that detects power supply events and automatically responds to critical power outages. The app’s core functionality is to send automated emergency SMS notifications as soon as a critical power outage or restoration of power is detected. It features power-flow-based event detection to automatically alert you via SMS in the event of critical power outages and power restoration. Power Failure Warn uses your SIM card to automatically send the emergency SMS message to the phone number you provided in the app.

Why is SMS used for this?
During critical power outages, an internet connection (Wi-Fi/mobile data) is often unavailable, which is why emergency SMS notifications are more reliable. SMS messages are sent via the cellular network without an active data connection. This makes this method particularly reliable during critical power outages.
