Kundennummer entfernt. @Stephan: Ihr Support (Tiffany) hilft eben NICHT, sondern blockiert mit Textbausteinen und ignoriert den App-Systemfehler! Ich habe rechtzeitig in der App gekündigt. Ich erwarte, dass dieser Fall intern an ein Management-Team eskaliert wird, das den Fehler prüft und das Abo storniert. Ich werde hier so lange updaten, bis eine faire, menschliche Lösung vorliegt, statt automatisierter Ablehnungen.

I got the 3-month subscription, but apparently, it's just the minimum duration to cancel the contract. They took 5 months payment and I didn't find any apartment on this app
