Man kann gefühlt keinen der Vermietenden kontaktieren, sich gefühlt auf keine Wohnung bewerben ohne. Eine Schande, die Verzweiflung von Armen und Wohnungssuchenden so auszunutzen.

This is causing me to miss out on several opportunities each week. I'm also deducting 2 stars because the minimum subscription period for plus is 3 months. this means you end up paying a minimum of 90 € to the app just to have a chance at finding something.

2026-08-02	Mo*****	Kauft auf keinen Fall das Plus-Abo! Ich habe es gekauft und innerhalb von 14 Tagen gekündigt, aber mir werden immer noch Gebühren berechnet! Dabei wird doch angegeben, dass man eine 14-tägige Widerrufsfrist hat. Zu viele Fehler in der App. Meistens werden mir die Plus-Anzeigen gar nicht angezeigt und es heißt „Jetzt aktiv“! Seid auf der Hut. Außerdem zeigen viele Seiten 404-Fehler an. Der Kundenservice war zudem sehr unhöflich und hat mich als Kunden nicht respektiert.
