Overall, the app is usable but troubled by billing, support, and reliability problems.

Cons

Premium subscriptions are expensive with auto-renewal and difficult cancellation; perceived low value.
Landlords/agents are often unresponsive or hard to contact via the app.
Clunky UI/UX and weak localization: English support is limited, translations are awkward, and there are device-specific issues (e.g., iPad).
Filtering/search is limited and there are too many paid listings; some filters (e.g., price) may not work properly.

Recent reviews

The app is good for the most part. Easy to navigate and find information. Built in translation and map features. The major flag is that you can only sign up for Suchen+ for 3, 6, or 12 months. I only need one month and a lot of the top listings are only available for Suchen+ members. Would have more stars if not for that.
