Gastro Clock: Dienstplan

The work schedule your team has with them.

Gastro Clock replaces the Excel spreadsheet in group chats with a work schedule that everyone can see. You plan the week, publish it, and your team has the current status on their phones. If something changes, everyone sees it immediately.

Planning: Create shifts, assign employees, publish the schedule. You can keep areas like service, kitchen, and bar separate. Export the schedule as a PDF for the kitchen bulletin board.

Assigning and submitting shifts: You decide how each shift is staffed: You assign shifts yourself, your team applies, or anyone who wants to can sign up directly. When someone submits a shift, they see all available staff members.

Sick leave: Your team reports sick in the app, you immediately see which shifts are affected, and you take care of finding replacements. You can also enter a sick leave notification yourself.

Work hours: Your employees clock in and out in the app, confirm their scheduled hours, or add hours later. You review, correct, and export the period as a CSV or PDF for payroll.

All changes made at the same stage are sent as notifications to your mobile phone, not lost in a chat. Planning is done on your computer via a browser, and everything works on your phone and tablet while you're on the go.

Ideal for restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, and businesses with shift work. No training, installation, or IT knowledge required.

Try it for 30 days with full functionality, no credit card required. After that, you decide whether to continue.

Developed and hosted in Germany. GDPR compliant; data processing agreement can be concluded directly within the app.
