WOWIGO - carry out your preliminary acceptance and handover digitally and in simple steps. Record defects including photo documentation, record meter readings and key returns and have your contractual partners digitally sign the handover protocol.

WOWIGO is the mobile frontend and the perfect complement to WOWIPORT, our all-encompassing web-based ERP system for the housing industry. Synchronize as required: WOWIGO is completely online and offline capable.

The app can be downloaded free of charge, but an existing license agreement for the WOWIPORT software and the “mobile home handover” module is required to use it.

Basic functions:
- Data transfer from WOWIPORT: appointments, contact persons, rooms and equipment features are automatically synchronized with the ERP system
- Automatic archiving of reports and historization in WOWIPORT

Pre-acceptance and handover:
- View previous protocols of preliminary acceptances and recorded defects and check the current status of acceptance
- Record exactly who has to correct defects. Differentiate between components that are in accordance with the contract and those that are not
- Protection against loss: Recorded defect images are saved separately in WOWIPORT in high resolution and sent to the contract holder in the log in an optimized manner.
