Predefined selection options such as rooms including equipment features, objects and defects ensure a quick, precise and smooth apartment handover. Recording keys (key handover) and counters (meter readings) are also part of the app's functionality.

The protocol is created as a PDF and archived in your database. From there, each protocol can be printed as desired or sent by email. The archive documents can be used as a basis for new protocols or rental agreements. Depending on the selected protocol type (move-in, move-out, interim inspection and, shortly, acceptance protocol), different basic configurations and import procedures are used.

In conjunction with the smart-MVS, the legally secure rental agreement, the tenant change is processed even more easily and efficiently. The systems enable the exchange of data, which therefore does not have to be recorded multiple times.
