Anlagensystem

Anlagensystem is the digital operations log for managing technical systems in properties. The app is designed for technicians, operations managers, and facility management teams who want to keep their documentation paperless and without using Excel.

... HOW IT WORKS

1. Scan the QR code on the equipment; the app will open the correct entry directly.

2. Complete the checklist or create a custom entry, attaching photos directly.

3. Sign on the device; the entry is then legally documented.

4. The signed PDF is archived and, if desired, sent to the equipment's email distribution list.

OFFLINE IN THE TECHNICAL ROOM

There's rarely good reception in the basement. The app therefore continues to work offline: Entries, checklists, photos, and signatures are stored locally and automatically uploaded as soon as a network connection is available again. The asset overview and your own entries that haven't yet been uploaded also remain accessible offline.
