The application offers acute help with an urge wave and provides long-term support for a positive change in health-related behavior. Participation in the study is free of charge. After a successful application to take part in the study, you will be assigned to either the intervention or the control group. If you are in the intervention group, you will receive an activation code and can use the app to its full extent immediately. Participants in the control group receive access to the app after a waiting period of only 12 weeks.
