Health Connect Data
The app reads data on heart rate, heart rate variability, steps, sleep, and active calories from Health Connect—no manual entry required.

Charts and Trends
View your data in charts for the last 14, 30, or 90 days. Each metric has its own view with a statistical summary.

Session Summaries
After each therapy session, you receive a summary with key themes, commitments, and observations—written specifically for you.

Personalized Analytics
Based on the collected data, the app creates a summary of your week, patterns, and progress.

Connect with a Therapist
Enter the code from your therapist to securely share your data with them. You control what is visible.
