ADHD Focus is a task and focus app for people who want to quickly capture and organize their thoughts and tasks, and take action more easily.

The app can be tested locally without an account. With an account, data can be synchronized across multiple devices. This way, ADHD Focus is always with you! Capture tasks and ideas on the go, plan and work on your computer.

ADHD Focus was developed with typical challenges of ADHD in mind. The app is inspired, among other things, by Dr. Heiner Lachenmeier's book "Successful in the Workplace with ADHD," but is not affiliated with the author.
