LiveBot Chat

LiveBot Chat is an operator console for the LiveBot.cz platform. On your mobile phone, you can see who is currently waiting for your website's chat, take over the conversation from the AI ​​assistant, and answer the visitor even on the way from the office.

What the application can do

- Notification when a visitor asks for a human. The phone will ring even when the screen is locked, so you won't miss the waiting chat.
- Overview of waiting and running conversations. You can see which page the visitor is asking from and what the bot has already answered.
- Take over the chat with one click and answer in real time. When you're done, the bot will take over the chat again.
- Availability switching. You can set that you are online or that you will not be handling the chat today.
- Choice of notification according to the environment: a discreet beep for a quiet office, a distinctive tone, or a ringtone for noisy traffic.
- Multiple websites under one account. Those who handle multiple projects can switch between them directly in the application.

Who is it for

The application is intended for operators of websites that use LiveBot chat. You log in with the same account as the portal at www.livebot.cz. If you don't have LiveBot yet, start on the website — the trial plan is free.

How it works

On the website, an AI assistant responds based on the information you provided. When a visitor asks if they know about a human or a bot, you will receive a notification in the application. Until then, nothing will disturb you.

Privacy
