CupNotesCellar is a private notebook for the wines and coffees you actually put in a glass. Log what it was, who made it, where it came from and what you paid, score it on five palate axes, pick the flavours you genuinely found, and write the note you would otherwise have forgotten by the weekend.

TWO CELLARS, ONE JOURNAL
Wine and coffee are scored on the axes that actually matter to each. Wine: body, acidity, tannin, sweetness, finish. Coffee: body, acidity, sweetness, bitterness, aftertaste. Switch sides with one tap and the whole form — including the method list and flavour vocabulary — follows.

A PALATE RADAR, NOT A STAR COUNT
Every entry draws a five-axis radar so you can see the shape of what you tasted at a glance. Average those shapes across your library and you get something more useful still: a picture of your own palate, built from your own notes rather than someone else's scale.

SEARCH AND FILTER
Search across labels, producers, origins, methods, notes and flavour tags at once. Filter by kind or by favourites, and sort by date, rating, price or name.

PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION
There is no networking code in this app. No analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no cloud. The release build declares no Android permissions at all. Your tasting notes live in a database on your phone and are deleted with the app.
