Don't bother going with this company !!!! It's like talking to a bloody brick wall !!!! They illegally tried to take my BOTH direct debits a week early, then told me I had missed my payment and added an admin fee on top as well as told my credit score i missed a payment ! I didn't in any shape or form, it's THEIR error that I'M being punished for !!!!

The credit card itself, great 👌🏽 the app 👎🏽 I've had the app for a few months now and I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app, at least 2-3 times now, because when I try to open the app, it literally stays on the green screen that has ZOPA written across and it won't clear to access the account. Only when it has been reinstalled, it will allow me to access my account and then like clock work, after using the app a few times, it freezes up again 🤦🏽‍♀️ it is sooooo frustrating.
