Freezes. A lot. To proceed with a simple transaction you have to re -log in. Cannot do in one go. Update overdue or my phone is too old for your app? Have no clue. Switching back to Chase. Stress free.

Updated review for 2024 - I actually really like being part of The Kroo now. It's a nice app but it's easy to use and offers a fantastic savings rate both in main account and any 'pots' that split off from that. Highest interest of any bank I'm with (and I seem to collect bank accounts 🙄). Nice card too. I would definitely recommend trying Kroo out. Just realise it does take about 1 full minute for the app to load to the point where you can see your accounts! + Very slow to navigate around.
