2025-01-25	no*****	Freezes. A lot. To proceed with a simple transaction you have to re -log in. Cannot do in one go. Update overdue or my phone is too old for your app? Have no clue. Switching back to Chase. Stress free.

2025-01-14	ja*****	Updated review for 2024 - I actually really like being part of The Kroo now. It's a nice app but it's easy to use and offers a fantastic savings rate both in main account and any 'pots' that split off from that. Highest interest of any bank I'm with (and I seem to collect bank accounts 🙄). Nice card too. I would definitely recommend trying Kroo out. Just realise it does take about 1 full minute for the app to load to the point where you can see your accounts! + Very slow to navigate around.

2025-01-10	Ro*****	App is a failure - hangs on start. It let me set an account up but I've never managed to log in since, it just has the logo throbbing away forever. I've turned my VPN of, uninstalled and reinstalled, re-recorded myself turning my head numerous times, no bueno. OnePlus 10.

2025-01-01	Me*****	login to my account took weeks, I'm now closing my account due to login being nearly impossible. To me, this is very risky and dangerous because I cannot access my account when I want to. just a little note, this bank account has been absolutely terrible for me , but my sister in law has had no problems. I don't understand why some people like me have problems and then for others, it's perfect.

App interface is simple, applying for an overdraft is simple, applying for a loan & repayments super simple. When I've had to contact them, I've been thoroughly impressed with the service & swift reply. As of next year I'm getting rid of ny other bank accounts & using Kroo for everything. Genuinely such a good company & would advise others to give them a try jf you're scunnered with other banks.
