Zenith Journal

Tell Your Story In The Stars.

Zenith Journal keeps your writing as a night sky.

Every entry you write is a star, placed on the day it happened. The journals you keep are constellations: you draw the lines between the stars yourself. Scrub across the year and your days pass under your finger.

▸ WRITE IT YOUR WAY
• Words in paragraphs and pages, with tags and ties between entries.
• Speak a voice note into an entry, or make a whole entry by speaking — written out as words on your phone.
• Add photos, video and files. They belong to the entry they're in.
• Give a journal its own headers — a mood, a place, a yes or no — and every entry in it fills them in.

▸ FOUR WAYS TO LOOK
• The sky: your year as a path, today marked on it, your entries as stars above.
• The list: every entry by day, with sunrise and sunset if you want them.
• Orbits: your journals as planets, their entries as moons, and the unfiled circling the sun.
• Insights: how much you write, by journal, by month and by tag, and the rhythm you keep.

▸ JOURNALS THAT KEEP THEIR SECRETS
• Lock a journal. Its words and its files are sealed on your phone, and nothing reads them until you open it.
• Hide an entry, and it stays out of insights, the widget, notices, the AI and the shuttle.
• Put a journal away in the reliquary, or let things go to the burn pile.

▸ DESIGN AND BRING TO LIFE
Lay an entry out as a gallery of slides, then bring it to life: scenes, camera moves and transitions, played in the app or saved as a video or gif.

▸ ASK THE SKY
Ask about your own writing in plain words: "what did I write a year ago today?", "which entries mention the garden?". Bring your own key for the AI service you choose, or use on-device AI where your phone has it. It never sees a locked journal or a hidden entry, it asks before it sends anything to an AI company, and it keeps nothing it makes without your say. No key? Everything else works without AI.

▸ PART OF THE ZENITH SUITE
• Tap "journal about this" on a commitment in Zenith Calendar or a task in Zenith Tasks, and it arrives as an entry.
• Pass words and files between Zenith apps on the shuttle.
• Two home-screen widgets — one shows a single journal's constellation; tap a star to read it.

▸ JOURNAL GOLD
Journal Gold is one payment, this app, forever — never a subscription. Gold opens insights, full design and bringing entries to life, gifs and videos, templates and library packs, journals that gather entries by themselves, every theme and the vivid colours, my sky's real stars above you, Drive sync between your devices, layouts for folds and tablets, "the sky remembers your talks", and sharing and opening journal files. Writing, the sky, the list, orbits, locking, the widgets, Ask the sky itself and backing up everything stay free.

▸ PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account. No sign-up. Your journal lives on your phone, as files you can back up when you like.
• Nothing you write reaches us. What leaves your phone goes only where you send it: your own Google Drive, the app you share to, and — only after you agree — the AI service you chose.
