Stickler is a practical home inspection finding recorder designed for independent inspectors, landlords, and property managers who need to capture room-by-room issues quickly. The app works like a wall-mounted dry-erase board where each issue becomes a sticky note, making it easy to see what needs attention at a glance. From the Capture tab, you can create a new finding by entering a short title, the room or area, a severity level of Low, Medium, or High, and optional follow-up notes. The save action records the finding locally and returns you to the Board, where the newest unresolved notes appear as colored sticky notes. The Board dashboard shows a total open findings counter and a high-priority open counter, so you can immediately understand the current workload. Each sticky note uses a clear severity color, with yellow for Low, orange for Medium, and red for High, while resolved items receive a slate-blue stripe. The Open tab filters unresolved findings by severity and includes a search box, allowing you to focus on the most urgent items or locate a particular room quickly. Tapping an open finding lets you edit its details or change its status to resolved when the issue has been addressed. The Log tab provides a full searchable list of every finding, including resolved items shown in a lower contrast style, and supports simple deletion when a record is no longer needed. All finding data is stored locally on your device, so the app works without cloud sync, login, or external services and keeps your inspection notes private and available offline. You can also reopen a resolved finding if follow-up work is still required, giving you flexible control over the entire record. By replacing loose paper notes or scattered digital reminders with one organized whiteboard, Stickler helps you record, track, and close out property issues with less effort and fewer missed items.
