Saving an observation triggers a subtle pencil-writing animation and drops the entry onto the Pad tab, a scrollable list that looks like handwritten entries on yellow lined sheets. Each row displays the title, a colored highlighter streak that instantly communicates condition, and the location. The bottom tab bar uses colored index tabs that feel like physical sticky tabs guiding you through your work: Home red, Pad yellow, Add green, and Find blue. Veripad’s visual design faithfully recreates the top-down view of a legal pad with a red margin line and a metal clipboard clip, right down to the graphite pencil strokes and ink-stamp counters on the dashboard.
