ReadyTurn is a simple property inspection app built for apartment turnovers, move-out checks, and ready-for-next-tenant walkthroughs. It helps you remember each inspection spot by entering the area, choosing a condition, adding a short note, and saving the time it was checked. The Walk tab is designed for fast, form-first entry so you can capture issues as you move through a unit. Large condition buttons make it easy to mark spots as good, needs cleaning, or needs repair with minimal tapping. You can also see the last three recorded inspection spots right on the Walk screen for quick reference during the same walkthrough.
The Spots tab gives you a full list of all inspection spots in one place, making it easy to review what has already been logged. When details change, you can edit an inspection spot to update the area, condition, or note. If an entry was added by mistake or is no longer needed, you can delete it just as easily. The Review tab organizes inspection spots by condition and shows totals for good, needs cleaning, and needs repair. Its dashboard-style summary also helps you quickly see how many spots need repair, how many need cleaning, and jump straight into adding a new item.
The Search tab lets you instantly find matching inspection spots using text from the area or note. All data is stored locally on your device, so your walkthrough records remain available on the phone you use in the field. With a straightforward workflow and focused layout, ReadyTurn helps maintenance staff, property managers, and leasing teams move faster through vacant unit checks. It is a practical way to keep turnover observations organized, reduce missed items, and make unit readiness easier to review at a glance.
