Can get as far as selecting what ticket(s) I want to buy, filling in my personnal & card details, then enjoying all the fun of staring at a blank white screen indefinitely as the app just hangs at that point. I can't even buy tickets, never mind use them. Also, trying to delete my account causes the app to instantly crash. App is obviously made by a company apprentice. On their first day at the job. During their 1 hour lunch break. Of which they'd spent the first 55 minutes eating their lunch.

Not great, it's reliant on having an active internet connection, meaning if there's an issue with the internet or servers on their side, it means you can't access the QR code that needs to be scanned. Considering the fact that I get the monthly tickets, there should be a quick access or offline option. I.e save to phone like every other app. Application has signed me out multiple times too which is a hassle when you're trying to catch a train but need to now sign back in / recover your account.
