Works well for me. Previous complaint was that the QR code was difficult for tram conductors to scan, but this has now been fixed! :) The ticket itself does take a while to load/open, but not sure if this is because of my phone.

This app appears to have been designed by people who don't use public transport. The journey planner makes ridiculously convoluted suggestions, ignoring the most obvious and direct routes, and doesn't let you access the full timetables for services.
