This is a fault tracking and inventory tracking application for companies managing sites and buildings. This application is for the technical team in the field: managers and consultants open records from the web panel, and technicians carry out their work from their phones.

WHAT IT'S USEFUL FOR IN THE FIELD

• Your assigned tasks are in a single list: open, urgent, and overdue numbers are at the top. • Start, pause, finish the job. Three actions — that's all you need to decide on the phone. • Deduct the materials you used from the warehouse by scanning the barcode. No manual quantity entry. • Add notes to the record: what you did, what is needed. The manager sees the same note in the panel. • Reach the phone of the person who reported it with a single touch.

WORKS EVEN WITHOUT A SIGNAL

There is no signal in the basement, elevator shaft, or parking lot. The application stores your tasks on the device; barcode scanning and note writing can also be done offline. Everything you write goes into the queue and is automatically sent when a signal is received. If the shipment is interrupted, the same process will not be processed a second time — the stock will not decrease twice, the same note will not be written twice.

FAULT CODES

The company defines its own fault codes (e.g., 1001 Electrical, 1002 Plumbing,
1003 Elevator). When a code is selected while opening a record, the job is automatically assigned to the correct department, and its duration is calculated from that department's commitment.

WHAT IT TRACKS

• Fault records: priority, status, location, equipment, reporting person
• Location tree: block → floor → common area
• Warehouse and stock movements: entry, exit, transfer, count
• Material reservation: part is assigned to the job, deducted when taken from the warehouse
