Site Management is an offline application designed for apartment and site managers to track dues, expenses, and debts from their own phones.

All data is stored solely on your device; it is not transferred to a server, the cloud, or third parties. It also works without an internet connection; your data belongs to you.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1) Download the application and start the setup as a site manager.
2) Enter the site name, address, apartment and block information.
3) Optionally add owner information; phone number can be used for WhatsApp sharing.
4) Set up the monthly dues period; debts are generated automatically.
5) Enter records as you receive payments; debts are deducted instantly.
6) Keep common expenses in separate categories.
7) Send summaries to owners via PDF report or WhatsApp text.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

• Works completely offline — no data is sent to the server
• SQLite database only on your phone
• No analytics, ad network, tracking SDK, or third-party data sharing
• Camera permission only when taking receipt photos; gallery permission only when you select it
• INTERNET permission is for opening WhatsApp and a browser; the app itself does not communicate with the server
• All site records are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the data from device settings
