You can select a date from the calendar to record that day's WOD.

You can select Rxd, A, B, or C grades and record the weight used, rounds, or completion times.

Workout dates and record grades are displayed using different colors. You can also automatically check your monthly attendance count.

■ 1RM Recording and Change Tracking

You can record 1RMs for major exercises such as squats, deadlifts, cleans, and snatches, and check the changes compared to previous records.

■ My Workout List

You can add the exercises you need and sort them in your desired order. It is also possible to edit or delete records.
