This helps you achieve deeper and more restorative sleep, even during shorter sleep periods.

Relaxation Exercises
SleepQ offers relaxation therapy to release tension and find inner peace. Through various relaxation techniques such as meditation, mindfulness, visualization, deep breathing, and progressive muscle relaxation, you will learn to release physical and mental tension and create a solid foundation for restful sleep.

With our step-by-step lessons, you will learn how to improve your sleep hygiene and routines. Recognizing and correcting cognitive distortions and distorted thoughts about sleep are also important steps toward better sleep. SleepQ helps you, through various mental exercises, to let go of misconceptions, prejudices, and rumination that only worsen your insomnia and replace them with positive, more realistic thoughts.

Furthermore, as you use the app, you will encounter self-reflection questions to become aware of your sleep habits and, in the next step, to change them sustainably.
