2024-11-18	Ol*****	Still absolutely sh't and an utter waste of time. Didn't work, years down the line and it still doesn't work. This app is a joke. Between this app and phoning technical JUST TO COMMISSION will waste a whole day. To any other gas engineers out there, it's not worth it.

2024-04-18	Al*****	An app that is critical for operation of heating systems and its extensions should be bulletproof. However, this one is not. And its a disgrace. I lost so many hours trying to hook the app to B1KF and B0KA it is just insane, time which cannot be charged to anyone. I decided to move to regular non-smart Viessmann products, like A1JB just because of these "smart" systems. I would curse but this is a review. So pissed off.

2023-09-08	Mr*****	Great app, when it works. I barely get to monitor the systems I've installed, all I get is a 403 page when I try to view them. Update - the installs were back for a while, but now I'm back to the 403 page when I go to the monitoring section. Very frustrating since I have a client with issues and I can't see the system.

2023-07-11	Tr*****	I sell Viessmann boilers everyday and have to tell my customers not to expect much in the app department. I have not been able to have one customer successfully add my company as a contractor and been able to complete the process in viguide. They just fixed vicare to be able to find their contractor June 2023 but haven't fixed this app. It's a shame. Other boiler companies are doing it right and we all look like fools.
