BWC ViApp

BWC ViApp is a software and hardware complex that is designed for remote control and monitoring of Viessmann heating controllers.

Main functions:
- Display of current parameters of the boiler installation
- Display of current heating circuit parameters
- Control of circuits (mode, temperature, schedule)
- Changing system settings of the boiler and circuits
- Display of alarm log
- Push or email notifications about errors
- Display of archived data in the form of graphs
- System operation log (parameter changes, errors)
- Separate level of access to system parameters for the user and service department

The software package consists of a data collection system and an application for mobile devices.
The data acquisition server is connected to the Vitotronic control system via a digital data bus via an optical connector. Telemetry data is transferred to the application on the mobile device.
