Nice App, but I'm sure there used to be a section in it last year where the installer connected to it, so they could see any faults in advance of me contacting them. Has this feature changed?

Useful to manage your device but send notifications indicating errors and problems and none have any date, you then keep them for ever not knowing when they happened. By the way it keeps logging you out for no reason useful application but really stupid application and badly designed
