2023-07-25	De*****	Are videcon still developing a solution to the app. Just had software upgrade/downgrade installed. But sadly the only reason I booked the appointment was due to the fact the app stopped working. Like others tried reinstalling it & still nothing. Randomly received a letter stating to disconnect ethernet cable, as they have noticed a major issue which they are dealing with. I've been told Iphones users can now use the app, but android users can't. When will this be fixed ???

2023-05-28	ab*****	Save your money & get a different cctv system. This app is not fit for purpose and the main reason I'm leaving ADT. Amazing that the negative reviews about the concept pro app go all the way back to 2018 and its 2023 with little to no improvement. My app has not worked for over 3 months!!! I will be investing in a RING camera instead, more reliable in accessing the app & checking cameras. The ADT cameras themselves are good quality but the app is complete trash.
Save your money & get a different cctv system. This app is not fit for purpose and the main reason I'm leaving ADT. I wish there was any alternative to using this app. If you have an alternative or can source an alternative, use that. This is not worth trying to use as can only view in landscape. Stopped working altogether. Restarted phone, turned off and on, nothing. In a day & age of remote viewing by phone it is a struggle to come across anything as bad as this.

However, 8/10 times the some or all of thr cameras do not connect even though auto login is always selected, an error message saying failed connection comes up. This prevents me logging in to any of the cameras. Beyond frustrating now! It happens too often when access is needed the most.

2022-05-22	Mi*****	It was working fine for a couple of months when installed by ADT then a few days ago just stopped connecting into our CCTV - the CCTV still works fine but this app has just died for no apparent reason. If it doesn't get resolved soon we'll have no option but to cancel our contract with ADT as we rely heavily on this app working. We have a full ADT alarm and CCTV system for the past 4 years and the service from ADT hasn't been good and it's getting worse - time for us to move on.

Alot of the time the image freezes and you can't do a thing with it. Very frustrating when I urgently need to view my cctv and the image is either frozen or just shows a black screen. Barely fit for purpose. Had to use this app with my ADT cctv system. Disappointing that a market leading company like ADT are using this.

2021-10-19	Gr*****	Constantly Crashes, Unable to use it for CCTV. I'm able to login successfully to the app but everytime I try to load the video the app crashes with: "Concept Pro Keeps Stopping" Has worked well previously, had the app for past 4-5 years but has not worked for a few weeks now.

2021-05-28	Jo*****	Dreadful app. It has been more than 2 weeks since either me or my partner were last able to view our home's security camera via the Android and iPhone apps. The camera is still live and displays when I plug a monitor in, but that is a huge inconvenience and clearly not a viable solution when we want to check on the property while away from home. We have had numerous issues in the past where we would go hours of being unable to connect to our cameras, but never an entire fortnight before!
