Terrible! Slower than wind erosion to open and see what's going on outside. Also, if you change Internet service provider it's stops working entirely with no option for you to fix it on the mobile app. Very poor service

Are videcon still developing a solution to the app. Just had software upgrade/downgrade installed. But sadly the only reason I booked the appointment was due to the fact the app stopped working. Like others tried reinstalling it & still nothing. Randomly received a letter stating to disconnect ethernet cable, as they have noticed a major issue which they are dealing with. I've been told Iphones users can now use the app, but android users can't. When will this be fixed ???
