Easy to book and locate storage locker address which was very near to the Pont D'Alma station. Pick up was also very quick and easy.

This is a review of the service rather than the app, which is still relevant to anyone considering using the app. Directly from their website at the bottom of the main page: "Can I cancel and get a refund? Yes! If you change your mind, you can cancel your booking anytime before drop-off for a full refund to your original payment method. And we never charge cancellation fees!" Reviews on Reddit & my own experience show this is 100% false and the company does not respond to emails.
