DISCUSTING lack of flexibility when I needed to cancel my booking. I no longer needed to store my bag but can I get my money back? NO!!! they keep yer money for doing nothing. SHOCKING way to treat your customers!!! Uninstall! Added edit in response to reply ... It's out of season AND I cancelled within 24 hours of booking, with over 24 hours before the booked time so what you reply with is rubbish!
