I was looking for a store that said luggage.Hero on it.And I found the counter inside of a very small grocery store that didn't have a street number on it.Or any kind of luggage hero signage. the process was quick and the staff was friendly They would get more business if they were easier to find.

good service, good price

Dropping off luggage, lady working the counter was alone and said to leave it at the back door, someone would put it downstairs later. It was by the refrigerator section and the tables where you eat. Someone could have easily taken it. She said it was safe there. We were afraid to leave it, but needed to go to the concert. When we got back from the concert she was still alone. Bags were eventually retrieved. Idea: Behind counter, watched til able to send downstairs.
