I am currently having technical difficulty with the app and I reached out to the support department through the app. they gave me limited information on how to fix the issue yet it's still occurring. a client is having technical difficulty trying to book me it states that I'm not available the support representative stated that on my profile that I do not have an availability on my profile which I do and I provided screenshots. the technical support than advised me to use a pc same problem
