2026-01-25	Na*****	I am currently having technical difficulty with the app and I reached out to the support department through the app. they gave me limited information on how to fix the issue yet it's still occurring. a client is having technical difficulty trying to book me it states that I'm not available the support representative stated that on my profile that I do not have an availability on my profile which I do and I provided screenshots. the technical support than advised me to use a pc same problem

2026-01-15	Na*****	As a responsible parent updating - Firstly, 80% of the caregivers I have been hiring have been great. The problem is with the 20% who pose a SERIOUS safety risk & I ask myself, is it worth taking the risk? 1. One caregiver was evidently a homeless person & when I reviewed her, she started making false allegations 2. Another was possible identity theft who was later accused of throwing another parent's baby around. I reported both but no actions were taken at the time & were still getting booked
